C.A.R. Group Dental & Vision Plans

With three plans to choose from, C.A.R.’s MetLife Dental Plans have a large PPO Network, and no waiting periods.  Need more value?  How about this…
  • If you choose a plan with orthodontia coverage, you will have an ANNUAL orthodontic maximum, not a Lifetime maximum.  That’s $1,000 per year instead of a $1,000 flat benefit.
  • Your Type A preventive and diagnostic services don’t count as part of your annual maximum benefit.
  • New for 2024!  If you get 2 cleanings and 2 exams during the year, your annual maximum benefit will increase by $200 next year.  And, if you continue to get your 2 cleanings and 2 exams each year, your maximum will increase by $200 the following year and the year after that.  Just by using your plan’s preventive care benefits, you can increase your maximum benefit by $600 in three years.
  • C.A.R.’s MetLife/VSP vision plans have a large VSP PPO network, comprehensive vision exams, coverage for retinal imaging, and $150 frame allowance.
