We emailed all clients on Friday and Saturday to let them know that Open Enrollment started 11/1. Our email contained information about the changes for this Open Enrollment. Open Enrollment for the C.A.R. health plans begins on November 1st. There are no changes to medical plans or rates, but rates for both dental and vision will go up. In addition, the vision plan is adding a $25 Materials copay for glasses or contacts.
