Rinat B. Klier-Erlich

Rinat B. Klier-ErlichRinat B. Klier-Erlich was born in Tel Aviv, Israel.  She is a graduate of Tel-Aviv University (BA 1992, magna cum laude) where she majored in Philosophy and Art History. In 1996 Ms. Klier-Erlich graduated from Whittier Law School (JD, magna cum laude), where she concentrated on real estate. Her interest in philosophy and visual art was highlighted when she attended the Atlanta College of Art and when she completed her graduate work in Philosophy of Law from California State University. She is also a retired officer of the Israeli Military Forces.

During her career Ms. Klier-Erlich received five American Jurisprudence Awards and the distinctions of “Rising Legal Star” and “Super Lawyer.” She is also a licensed real estate broker and is an active member of the California Association of Realtors, Legal Affairs Forum and Defense Strategy Panel. She is a lecturer on many real estate related topics and has authored many articles in this field.

Ms. Klier-Erlich is admitted to State Bar of California, the Los Angeles U.S. District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Appellate Court.  She clerked for Justice Earl Johnson, Jr. of the California Court of Appeals, and for the last 12 years has litigated real estate cases including, professional liability of real estate brokers, loan brokers, escrow and title officers as well as, design professionals in construction defect cases.

Ms. Klier-Erlich is a member of the California and Los Angeles Bar Associations, Professional Liability Underwriting Society, Defense Research Institute, and is on the steering committee for the Sales and Brokerage Chapter of the Bar.  She has extensive trial experience and she is fluent in Hebrew.
