With many people off work, we expect it to be easier to get through to health plans, agents, and Covered California. Covered CA members have received notices regarding renewing their health plans for 2015. Unfortunately, the portal is not yet open, so when members log in, they're not actually able to renew yet. Covered CA has told us they expect the portal to be open and working on November 4th. We'll keep you posted!...
