2026 Kaiser Plan Comparison With Changes

Important Dates:  

  • C.A.R. Health Plans Open Enrollment:  November 1, 2025 through December 15, 2025
  • New benefits and rates take effect:  January 1, 2026
  • Changes and enrollments take effect:  January 1, 2026

Where to Find Current Plan and 2026 Rate Information:

  • Existing Plan Members: Confirm your current coverage and check 2026 rates on the C.A.R. Member Benefits Portal. 
    • Log in with your email and password.
    • Review your personal information in Step 1
    • Click the “Benefits” tab to review current enrollment
    • Move to Step 2 to see your 2026 rates and to enroll or make changes

2026 Kaiser Rates

You can find your new rates by logging in to the C.A.R. Member Benefits Portal.  Or, you can calculate your rates using the rate sheets and worksheet below.

Making Changes

You can change plans or add/delete dependents by using the Kaiser Change Form.  All changes must be submitted by December 15th.  Changes will be effective 1/1/25.

During Open Enrollment you can also add other benefits including dental, vision, life or Accidental Death.  You can view plans and rates at:

If you wish to drop your Kaiser or MetLife coverage, submit the Termination Request Form
