OPEN ENROLLMENT HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO MAY 31ST 2014. The C.A.R. Health Plans currently include medical plans from Kaiser and Anthem Blue Cross; dental plans from Ameritas Group; a VSP vision plan, and life and accidental death and dismemberment from MetLife.
