Open Enrollment for the C.A.R. health plans begins on November 1st. There are no changes to medical plans or rates, but rates for both dental and vision will go up. Covered CA members have received notices regarding renewing their health plans for 2015. Unfortunately, the portal is not yet open, so when members log in, they're not actually able to renew yet.
